RBS Takes the Mystery and Anxiety Out of Correspondence, but not the Romance!
Have you ever wondered if the lady with whom you are corresponding is really receiving your letters and really the one replying to you? With RBS’ system of "Verified Correspondence" you never need wonder again. How do we do it When other sites cannot?
Russian Brides Source, all of the ladies listed on our site have come to us via quality, verified marriage agencies that we have worked with countless times. RBS does not accept "un-verified" ladies of any kind. Agencies cannot sign up with us via the Internet nor can ladies submit their profiles directly. All of the ladies on our site have signed up in person with one of our trusted and tested agency partners and have been interviewed and counseled regarding the rules and objectives of our program. Because of how we conduct our meetings and scrutinize our correspondence, ladies with any "agenda" other than finding a husband abroad will go someplace else, since there is little or no chance of her successfully conducting "business" in our program. All of our ladies are easily "verifiable," meaning we can prove that the girl in the profile is receiving your letters, that she knows who you are and that the woman in the profile is the one actually replying to you.
At RBS, unlike other major correspondence sites, all letters that come through our system are reviewed directly by our own staff and not farmed out to hundreds of smaller agencies. This is done to ensure accuracy, authenticity and etiquette by both parties involved in the correspondence. The letter is then given to one of our trusted local agency partners to interpret and deliver to your lady. But that's not all!
Although we have a personal relationship with every agency that provides us with ladies for our site, we understand that you may need more than just our “word” that our system of translation and delivery of your letters is legitimate. That is why we offer "Verified Correspondence." At your request, we will require that our agencies verify for you that your lady is actually the one receiving your letter in one of the following ways:
1) Photo Verification - You will note when you correspond with our system that there is a picture of both you and the lady with whom you are corresponding at the top. This is for two reasons: So you can easily access her profile and she yours while you are writing your letters to one another and also so that we can print our your letter, call the lady to our office and take a picture of her with your letter in hand, the pictures at the top for proof that the lady has indeed received your letter and knows who you are. The photo will be uploaded to the Welcome page of your login area under the heading "My Verifications" for your consideration and download. (Verifications will remain for 10 days and then will be removed)

2) Video Verification - We can also take a brief movie of your lady with your correspondence "in hand" as well. The movie will be approximately 10 seconds in length and the woman will show your correspondence with the pictures at the top and thank you for you letter. The video will be uploaded to the Welcome page of your login area under the heading "My Verifications" for your consideration and download. (Verifications will remain for 10 days and then will be removed)

3) RBS Virtual Introductions - If you desire more than correspondence with your lady or simply want to verify that your lady is truly the one responding to you emails, your lady can come to our office and you can actually see, hear and speak with her via an RBS Virtual Introduction Session using Skype. You must have Skype 4.2, which is video and audio enabled. To download Skype simply go to www.skype.com. So your lady can also see and hear you will need to have a web cam and microphone of your own. You can sign up for a Virtual Introduction (VI) with your special lady by logging into your account and clicking the little VI icon under her picture . You will then be directed to a VI request form to fill out. Make sure to include your Skype Nickname so that we can "invite" you to the video session at the time the VI session is scheduled.
Important note: VI calls are scheduled with a minimum of 20 minutes and requested times must be in Ukrainian time, which is 7 hours ahead of Eastern time, 8 hours ahead of central and 10 hours ahead of Pacific Coast time. After we receive the form you will be emailed when the Web Cam session has been scheduled and also sent a link by email for secure on-line credit card payment. (You must also give us at least 72 hours to reply to you regarding setting up a web cam session). If the lady is not available at the time you requested you will be given alternate times to select from.
Pricing: First 20 minutes - $75, an additional 10 minutes - $30, an additional 20 minutes - $55 1 Full Hour - $170
(Time must be paid for in advance. If you go longer than your paid for time, you will be charged automatically after your session, at the above pricing scheduled. For example: If you go over 5 minutes, you will be charged $15. If you go over 15 minutes, you will be charged $41.25. If your lady is not able to attend for any reason, you may either reschedule or request a full refund.)
Important Requirement For All Virtual Introductions:
All VI requests require evidence that the lady is actually interested in corresponding with you. In other words, you must have received at least 2 replies from her to qualify for requesting a Virtual Introduction. The reason for this is that if a woman is not interested in replying to a particular man's letters or participating in correspondence with him, then obviously she is not going to come to our office to do a VI with that particular client. Remember, our correspondence is real and therefore, not everyone will be interested in corresponding with everyone. We are not going to waste your money or the time of our female client if there is no interest on her part.
VI Rules:
Your VI Session will last only as long as is scheduled and you will be notified by the interpreter when you time is up, but if you and the lady agree, you may go over. Please realize that you will be charged by the above schedule automatically if you go over your "pre-paid" time.
No exchange of contact information of any kind per the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act of 2005, unless you have completed the IMBRA form and become an IBMRA compliant member. This includes, but is not limited to last names, phone numbers, physical home and work addresses, email addresses, web addresses, hotel or travel itineraries and the information of the lady’s agency. If you are not an IMBRA Compliant member, any attempt to exchange contact information your VI Session will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given. RBS will comply with the letter of the IMBRA. Since men are allowed to register on our website with the option of not filling out our IMBRA form, RBS will never compromise the safety of our female clients by allowing exchange of contact information with an non IMBRA compliant individual. Once you (the man) have provided a Background Disclosure as is required by the IMBRA, you will be allowed to exchange contact information during a VI session. RBS employees and associate agency personnel are not allowed to give this information to you. This information can only be exchanged during an in-person, VI meeting in which the lady gives it to you directly.
No sexual or improper behavior of any kind will be tolerated. Your session will be immediately terminated and your profile will be deleted from the RBS site without refund. RBS reserves the right to determine what is improper.

If a verification cannot be completed, for any reason, the amount of the verification will be refunded. The lady in question may possibly have her profile removed and her agency may be disqualified. The male client may be entitled to refund of all credits associated with correspondence for this particular lady, depending upon the situation. These and/ or any further action(s) will be up to the sole discretion of RBS.
Rules of Correspondence:
No Exchange of Contact Information of any kind per the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act of 2005. This includes, but is not limited to last names, phone numbers, physical home or work addresses, email addresses and web addresses. Since our ladies are real and our correspondence legitimate, this is for their protection in compliance with the IMBRA of 2005. RBS will comply with the letter of the IMBRA. Russian Brides Source will never compromise the safety of our male or female clients by selling or providing their personal contact information. You may however obtain the information of a lady's local agency by filling our IMBRA Form and complying with our rules of membership. You must be "qualified" based on the requirements of IMBRA in order to receive any agency information, regardless of your membership type. See the RBS "Membership" page for more info about receiving the information of a lady's local agency. You may also apply for the RBS Romance Tour of Introduction program. Upon being accepted and having provided a Background Disclosure as is required by the IMBRA you will be allowed to exchange contact information; this information can only be exchanged during an in-person meeting in which the lady actually receives your disclosure or during a Virtual Introduction in which you exchange information directly. The two parties can then decide if exchange of contact information is prudent. Any attempt to exchange contact information in any way your letter will not be delivered and your profile may be deleted from the RBS site without refund. RBS reserves the right to end your membership at any time without notice for violations of this or any policy without refund. All letters entered into the RBS system are the property of RBS. You may make copies of your letters at any time within 90 days of writing or receiving them by logging into your account. Should you end your membership or should you be disqualified from membership, copies of your letters will not be made available to you. By sending a letter you are agreeing to this policy.
No sexual or improper behavior of any kind will be tolerated. Letters to other clients or to Russian Brides Source staff that be may considered threatening or harassing in any way also fall under this category. Your letter will not be delivered your profile will be deleted from the RBS site without refund. RBS reserves the right to determine what is improper.
General Conduct Policy - RBS Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Our service is required to follow certain regulations and guidelines as brought forth by the IMBRA Law. Therefore, any actions by a client or potential client that are deemed detrimental to RBS, as it applies to this law will result in refusal or disqualification of service without refund. Also, it is RBS' responsibility to ensure the safety of our clients. Therefore, since the ultimate goal of our service is an in-person meeting, any actions by potential clients or existing clients that are deemed undesirable will be dealt with by denial or disqualification of service without notice or refund. RBS reserves the right to determine what acts are undesirable or detrimental to our service and the safety of our clients.
All letters are read and scrutinized the RBS staff. No violations of the above rules will be tolerated. Russian Brides Source also untilizes electronic means of ensuring that all its programs are in compliance with IMBRA 2005.
You are not guaranteed a response from a lady. If a lady is not interested she is not required to reply. If a lady replies in a negative fashion, you are allowed to request a refund of 10 credits for that letter. Please allow 2 weeks for a response from a lady. If she has not replied by this time she may not be interested.
RBS General Refund Policy is that all sales are final.
