Unlike most major correspondence sites, RBS does not accept a profile from just anyone. Ladies cannot sign up over the Internet. You will never see a lady on our site who is not a real Russian Bride candidate. All of our ladies come to us from the legitimate marriage agencies, that we used successfully in our own searches that have a proven track record with our clients and us. Each of these ladies has come to one of these real marriage agencies and expressed an interest in finding a foreign husband. They have been interviewed and made aware of our programs and policies and can be verified for you upon request. They have someone to answer to if they act inappropriately, so it seldom ever happens. All of the ladies on our site can be verified through our verified correspondence program. But don’t take our word for it, have your letters verified when you send them. All of the ladies featured on our site are aware that their profile is there and are legitimately the ones receiving and replying to your letters. In addition, RBS has very personal relationships with each of the contributing agencies and therefore can set up “Pre-Arranged” meetings with any of the ladies from our site. The true test for any site which features lovely ladies for correspondence is can the site in question prove to you that the lady to whom you are writing knows about you and that she is really the one receiving a replying to your letters? Also, is there a relationship with either the lady in question or her agency which would allow them to arrange meetings with these ladies in advance so that you will have a confirmation of the lady’s interest and a scheduled meeting with her before you ever get on a plane?     Q    I have seen some of the ladies listed on your site on other sites as well. Does that mean that my correspondence will be legitimate if I write to the lady through the other site?        No. It does not. If you see a lady on our site, it means her profile and pictures where given to us in good faith directly by her legitimate marriage agency. Other sites may obtain their pictures and profiles by buying them from any number of unverified sources. Some even steal the pictures and profiles from other sites. There is no way to know how they obtained the pictures and profiles for a particular woman and since they offer no real way of verification for you and no introduction service, you are really taking your chances. In addition, sites that buy their pictures and profiles from such unverified sources also allow the translation of your letters to be done by this unverified source so therefore, even if the lady is real and truly looking for a husband, that does not mean that your correspondence is real. Again, ask the site in question to prove to you that their ladies are truly receiving your letters. If they cannot, then you might want to consider other, more proven alternatives like RBS' program.     Q    I am a bit frustrated. On other sites, I receive hundreds of letters of introduction from ladies on the site, but on the RBS site ladies do not write to introduce themselves to me as often. Why is that?        When engaging in "real" correspondence with real Russian Ladies on the RBS website you may find that you don't receive a great deal of introductory letters from our ladies. This may be the case because in "real" correspondence, a lady would rather not make the first move. She is waiting for you, the man, to initiate communication with her. You may have been on sites in which you received hundreds of introductory letters from many ladies from all over Russia and Ukraine. On these types of sites most letters of introduction are usually "canned" and not alwasy legitimate. In other words, many times this letter is generated by an agency looking to "kick start" the correspondence and the lady in question does not always know that a letter was sent to you in particular. She may not have even written the letter herself. If you have corresponded for any length of time on any major correspondence site you have no doubt experienced receiving a letter of introduction from a lady, replying to her and then receiving no response to your reply. This may be because when the lady in question received your reply, she may not have really been interested in corresponding with you in the first place and therefore did not reply back. In addition, upon receiving your response, if the lady is not interested or if the agency in question cannot get hold of your lady to deliver your reply, the agency may continue the correspondence on her behalf! To RBS this is unfathomable. It should never happen. The gist of this is that on the RBS site you are never going to receive hundreds of "canned" letters of introduction from ladies that are not aware that a letter was even sent to you. In addition, since most of our ladies are more traditional in their thinking, they would like to see the man make the first move. Therefore, if you are truly interested in finding out if a woman is interested in a meeting with you, it is you, the man, who must initiate the correspondence. Don't sit there and wait for some other guy to who is more proactive to woo the lady you are interested in. Take some initiative and write her a letter of introduction today.     Q    What is an acceptable amount of time to wait for a reply from a lady before giving up?        There is no real right answer to this question. Since the correspondence on RBS is real and you will never receive a letter from a lady that wasn’t written by her, sometimes the reply cycle is a little longer. In real life, ladies work, go to school, take vacations, take care of children etc. They do not always have time to get to their agency to reply to your letters. However, a good rule of thumb is to give a lady two weeks. If she does not reply in that amount of time, then you may want to try a different approach. You can try sending her another letter or perhaps a small gift like flowers to show her and her agency that you are really interested or you can always send us an email to info@russianbridessource.com and we will ask for you. If the lady is not interested then we will tell you.     Q    Other sites have some of the same ladies that I see on RBS . How can RBS offer such services like “Verified Correspondence” and “Pre-Arranged Introductions” with their ladies when others cannot or will not?        It’s simple. Those sites, because of the way that their system is set up, because of the way they obtain their profiles etc, are simply incapable of being an “introduction” service. They don’t know or have a relationship with anyone that knows the ladies in the profiles. They simply buy the profiles and put them on their website. They don’t know if the lady is legitimate or not and will only investigate when they are made aware that a lady may not be legitimate. You can go to almost any major correspondence site right now and find a number of profiles that are models, porn stars or who are simply not even Russian. These sites act in a reactive fashion because of how their system is set up and because they obtain most of their profiles from unverified sources. However, in the case of RBS, we were set up in the beginning to be proactive in our system. Since we only obtain a lady’s profile directly from her real and legitimate marriage agency with which we have a personal relationship, there is a system of checks and balances already in place. Therefore, all RBS has to do is make a request of one of our agency partners and they will provide us with verification or a confirmed, pre-arranged meeting with any of the ladies on our site. Russian women are as different as snowflakes, as different as Western woman are from one another. There are many Russian women who are traditional in their views of family and society, but that does not mean that they are not progressive or are out of touch with modern society and feminism. The idea is to find a woman that is all that “you” in particular are looking for and not to concentrate so much on the preconceptions that you have heard about.     Q    I have heard that Russian women like older men. I am a 45-year-old man and I have corresponded with women in their early twenties. Is it practical for me to meet with these women?        I can show you several examples of Russian ladies that are married to men who are 15, 20 even 25 years their senior. However, I can show you many, many more instances of Russian women who prefer men a little closer to their own age. I have had many clients in the 40+ range who were hit with a good dose of “reality” when they found that the 20 something ladies in our program were not interested in a man their age. However, it depends on the lady in question. There are exceptions to every rule. A good rule of thumb that I give to all of my clients is to try and stay within 15 years of your own age. There is no harm in seeing if a couple of ladies that are a little younger might be interested in you or if you might have some chemistry with them, but you certainly don’t want to make all of your selections so young. If you do, more than likely you will be disappointed.     Q    I would love to meet a Russian Woman for marriage, but I don’t have enough time to travel to Russia, nor do I have enough funds. Is there anything I can do?        Unfortunately, if you want this to work, there are no shortcuts. Aside from the distances involved in searching for a Russian Bride, there are monetary and time considerations, which make this type of search for a bride even more difficult than searching for a wife domestically. If you don’t have the money and time now, then perhaps you should wait until you do. Don’t fall into the “bargain basement” trap of trying to treat this like searching for a used car. You must realize that this is one of the most important things you will ever do in your life and treat it as such. You must also realize that trying to do this “on the cheap” could create more problems than it solves and can also be downright unsafe. You must also know that any woman worth having is not going to agree to marry you in one trip. An honest and sincere woman is going to want to get to know you before she makes a commitment to leave all that she knows behind to be with you. You should be leery of any woman who would agree to be engaged to you after meeting one time or over the Internet, sight unseen. You have to ask yourself honestly if you can afford the money and effort that it takes to do this. Again, there are no shortcuts.     Q    I noticed that you mostly only travel to a the smaller towns in Ukraine on your tours. Why is that? Isn’t there more opportunity to find your lady in one of the larger cities?        Traditional thinking might lead you to believe that traveling to the larger cities might increase your chances of finding the right woman; the more women in the city, the more opportunity, right? Well, that might have been true once upon a time, but it is not so much any more. The reason why RBS has strategically chosen to travel to a select group of the smaller towns in Ukraine is because of our own experience with the of ladies from larger cities and that of the thousands of men that we have worked with and counseled. Unfortunately, because of the long standing existence of dishonest correspondence and unscreened socials in the larger cities such as Odessa, Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg, many women there have found that it is easier to make money from the hopeful men that travel thousands of miles to find a bride than it is to actually become a foreign bride and leave their homeland. Again, unfortunately, it has been our experience that many of the women in the larger cities, even though they may actually be willing meet or correspond with you, typically have no real intention of ever considering marriage to a foreign man. Therefore, wading through all of the difficulties that may await you in the larger cities actually makes it more difficult to reach your ultimate goal. We have chosen the places and agencies that we have because they have a proven track record of honesty and efficiency with us. During our own searches we found these places to be the most conducive to searching for a Russian Bride. Because we live in an ever-changing world, the women in the larger cities in Ukraine and Russia have become more cosmopolitan and independent than the ladies of traditional values often portrayed on many of the most popular correspondence sites. The ladies in these smaller towns tend to exhibit the more traditional values that most men are seeking. However, that does not mean that there are no ladies from larger cities that are sincere about finding a foreign mate. You will notice that we have ladies from some of the larger cities on our site, but they are all from quality, legitimate, recommended agencies of our program.     Q    I see on your website that you are a TRUE International Introduction Service, but what does that mean? How does that make you different from the hundreds of other similar looking websites that offer seemingly similar services?        Its simple. The key word here is “seemingly.” What if you went to a restaurant that from all appearances seemed to be of high quality and full service, but once you actually went in and experienced it, you found out that more than more than half the menu was not really available to you?
